Track visitors by cookie
Cookie is more accurately than IP addresses in identifying
visitors. This option is useful for visitors from proxy server(e.g.
AOL user ), which uses multiple IP Addresses for the same visitor(
or multi visitors via same IP Address), causing the visitor count
to be inflated (not deliberately).
