If you select HTTP mode in the how to retrieve mode combo-box of format page, the HTTP page will be shown. You may use the HTTP page to specify logon information of your HTTP server.

Specifies URL of your HTTP server.
(e.g. "www.loganalyzer.net" )
Port
Specifies port of your HTTP server.
User Name & Password
Specifies logon information.
